What is an Online Expo?

With our Online Expo we bring our message to those who may never attend a "physical location" conference or tradeshows. Our interactive Online venue allows companies, government agencies, and organizations of all sizes to hold accessible virtual conferences, tradeshows or meetings.

With a minimal amount of setup time, our form-based conference-builder creates presentation halls, exhibit halls, drawings, a virtual cafe, and much more. Our management area provides easy management processes for exhibitor and attendee management, as well as detailed statistics on attendees so we can analyze what activities were most effective.


Who is attending this Event Expo? The Event is free to Event Organizers (those involved in local events, festivals, parades, chambers of commerce, tourism, charities, schools and universities, etc). What do I get out of attending?

Attendance to our Expo is FREE and as an Event Organizer you will get FREE access to top-notch presentations, sponsorship opportunities, product and service discounts and networking with colleagues.


What do I need to participate?

All you need is a computer with Internet access and speakers. If you want to actively participate you need an inexpensive headset microphone.


How will this be promoted?

Good question, it is promoted to online sites, shows, groups, advertising is purchased on communities and in newsletters in many forms and places. But the best and most useful traffic comes from the vendors themselves putting up buttons, adding it to signature lines, sending out press releases, including the info in their own newsletters and on their own websites and communities. The more people to see the event listed the more traffic everyone benefits from!


Do these things really get traffic?

Our recent show for the visually impaired was 2 weeks long and we had over 10,000 visits -- the daily average was about 700 to 800 visits a day to the expo center. For those vendors that were active there, it was very exciting.



What is the advantage of sponsoring, exhibiting, or advertising?

Our Expo is an ideal solution if you want to reach a new market at a very low price without travel expenses, from right behind your computer.

This solution is ideal for organizations wishing to save through using cost-effective online resources and to take advantage of providing e-learning events.

Our drawing management tools allow for daily and grand prize drawings and custom web designs are available for a unique look and feel.


What is an Exhibit Booth At Your Online Event?

An Exhibit Booth is a web page which showcases your company in several ways.

Product booths showcase some of your own products, and you will be able to add special items and images. You may add links to a 'specials' page if you choose to create and host one, or to your direct sales special page if you are in direct sales. All ordering is done with the Vendors -- we do not take any payments or ordering information.

Information booths are just that -- they offer no product listings only information as some companies do not allow online ordering and some vendors prefer not to offer products directly at the show.

Some may request a catalog or business opportunity information, ask to join your newsletter, ect. You need to add contact information to your tables.

For a nominal fee you will also be able to add Presentations and/or a Conference Room.

 


Do you have special sign-up incentives?

Yes we do. We have "Early Bird" discounts for sponsors and exhibitors signing up by no later than August 15. After that our rates wil go up.

We also offer special free Radio Commercials for anyone registering by no later than July 31.



What do I get before the Expo?

The advantage of our Online Expo apparoach is that we will be communicating from now thru the Event Expo, even thereafter.

We will have eMail campaigns, weekly Online Conferencing, Expo updates on our blog, etc. Just check back often, and you will find a wealth of information, discounts, new program introductions, etc.


As an Exhibitor, Sponsor, or Advertisers how do I earn my fee back?

Obviously, the key to success for every marketer is product and your ability to sell it.

Thru our Pre-Conference activities, however, we will give you enough exposure to have you earn your investment back BEFORE the Expo even starts! The rest will be gravy!



How do these work?

Just picture yourself sitting around this Conference table with a group of colleagues, partners, prospective sponsors, vendors, etc. We can make that happen for you without your having to leave your office, sitting behind your computer. All you need is Internet access, speakers, and a microphone!

We are making our Conference Room available for your special meetings and we are hosting a bunch of them prior to the show such as weekly Expo Updates, Affinity Group Meetings, etc.



Are these realy free? What's the catch? Yes, our drawings, door prizes, and giveawas are absolutly free and there's no catch!
